Delivery & Returns
What is the delivery time?
We usually deliver within 3–5 days in Poland. Exact delivery times may vary depending on the product and delivery address.
Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free delivery within Poland. For deliveries outside Poland, shipping costs may apply depending on the delivery location and order size.
Do you ship outside of Poland?
Yes, we also deliver outside Poland. For orders from outside Europe, please contact us by phone or email so we can offer the best possible delivery solution.
What is the return process like?
You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract from the date of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone, and we will guide you through the return process.
How to file a complaint?
If you wish to file a product complaint, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible. Describe the problem and, if possible, attach photos, and we will assist you with the further process.

What material are the pieces of furniture made of?
Our garden furniture is primarily made of teak, while the materials used in indoor furniture vary depending on the model. You can find more information about materials and craftsmanship on each product page.
How to care for teak furniture?
Teak is a durable and naturally weather-resistant type of wood that requires relatively little maintenance. If left untreated, it will develop a silvery-grey patina over time, while the use of teak oil helps to maintain its warm hue.
Do the furniture items require assembly?
It depends on the product. Assembly information can be found on each product page, and if you have any questions, you can always contact us.
Can furniture stay outside all year round?
Our teak furniture is well-suited for year-round outdoor use. To keep it in good condition for a long time, we recommend storing it indoors during winter and using rain covers where provided. Cushions and textiles should always be stored in a dry place when not in use.
Does teak furniture develop a gray patina over time?
Yes, teak naturally develops a silvery-grey patina over time if left untreated. This does not affect the durability of the furniture but is part of teak's natural aging process.
Can I order the pillows separately?
Yes, you can order cushions separately if you wish to complete a set or replace an existing cushion. For many of our products, cushions are already included, which is indicated on the respective product page.
